We designed Olli to meet the changing daily needs of each office environment and worker.
Clients can create custom workstation clusters, collaborative breakout areas, focus zones, lounge settings and more, all with one platform.
Olli seamlessly adapts to guide its user through a comfortable, productive day:
In the morning, the user comes into the office and hangs up their coat on the coat rack built into their workstation.
They know they get their best work done first thing in the morning, so they set the pivoting butterfly screen to block distractions from surrounding coworkers.
Later, when they need time away from their desk to do some solo work, they grab their notebook from the stackable storage...
…and move down the beam to the Olli cushion.
They get a few ideas and pin them to the pivoting butterfly screen to share with their team later.
One of their co-workers also needs to take a break away from their screen and so they head to the end of the beam where there is a lounge chair and a side table that is plugged into the last node for their cup and cellphone.
Both users eventually go back to their desks to finish their day. At the end of the day they grab their keys from the stackable caddy and head out of the office.
Each Olli is fully customized to meet clients’ different needs even in the same office:
The executive needs a place to work privately. In addition to screens around their desk, they also have a cafe table and lounge chairs at the end of the beam for 1-1 meetings away from their computer.
The marketing team needs room for brainstorming away from their computers. They've set up a more informal area with chairs, a side table, Olli cushion, and stackable caddy for materials.
The IT team deals with sensitive information, so they have multiple pivoting butterfly screens for privacy and to tack up their notes and ideas.
Olli supports social distancing at the office:
Desks are not tethered to Olli and can be installed perpendicular to the beam to adhere to social distancing regulations.
Multiple pivoting or hanging screens can be installed on the beam in order to create barriers between co-workers.
